Our company specializes in the cleaning and maintenance of underground parking garages. We can customize a program to fit your needs and budget. Below is a list of the different programs available.

Power Sweeping: designed to clean your garage of all dirt and debris by power sweeping the entire floor area by machine. Any areas not accessible by machine are done by hand by a detail person. All dirt is removed and disposed of.

Power Sweep and Power Wash: designed to power wash your floor area after sweeping to clean any fine material left over. Degreasing and removal of stains (such as salt or oil deposits) can also be performed with the power wash. In addition, power washing of walls and pipes can be performed during this program.

Outdoor Areas: this program is designed to power sweep the outside areas of the building and includes complete power sweeping of outdoor areas, removing all dirt and debris.
